1. The service
Trading AI provides market data, scanners, charts, analysis tools, a trading journal, investing tools and a community space for traders and investors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Not investment advice
Everything in the service — scanner grades, AI answers, teacher content, calculators — is information and education. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You alone decide and are responsible for your trades.
3. Your account
Keep your password and two-step verification safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; workspaces may be shared with people you invite.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans renew each period until canceled (card) or end at the end of the prepaid period (USDT). Prices may change with notice before your next period. Taxes may apply.
5. Market data
Data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Redistribution of market data outside the service is not allowed.
6. Content you share
You keep ownership of your notes, analyses and course content. You give us the right to store and show them to the people you share them with. Don't share anything unlawful, misleading, or that you don't have the rights to.
7. Teachers and courses
Teachers are independent. Course content, prices and refunds for paid courses are between the teacher and the student unless the platform processed the payment.
8. Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling data, attacking the service, impersonating others, or spamming groups. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
