Refunds and cancellation

1. Cancel any time
Cancel a card subscription in Plan & billing; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew.
2. Free trials
Trials end on their own. You are not charged unless you choose a paid plan.
3. Refunds
Payments for a started period are generally not refunded. If something went wrong — a double charge, or the service was unavailable for a long time — contact us through Help & support within 14 days and we'll make it right.
4. USDT payments
Prepaid USDT periods can't be canceled once confirmed. A payment sent with the wrong amount or network is refunded to the sending address, minus the network fee, when it can be recovered.
5. Teacher courses
For courses paid directly to a teacher, ask the teacher; their refund terms apply.
